Group Training Request

First Responder to Sexual Assault & Abuse Training Request Form for your Organization/Group/Community

This form is for organizations, groups or communities looking for First Responder to Sexual Assault and Abuse Training.
  • Date Format: MM slash DD slash YYYY
    Please note: In-person training is offered to a minimum of 17 participants and a maximum of 21 participants. In-person training is offered on two consecutive week days. Offered Monday - Friday, usually between 9:00am - 5:00pm
    Please note: Online training is offered to groups of 12 participants. Online training is offered in five consecutive weekly sessions - once a week for five weeks, 3.5 hours per session. Offered Monday - Friday, usually between 1:00pm - 4:30pm on Zoom
  • Please note: it may take some time to organize this training. We want to be sure to take into account the needs of your organization, group, or community and to find the Facilitators best suited for your training. Planning usually takes up to a month or more. Please indicate which month(s) of the year would work for your organization, group or community:
