AASAS Manager of Programs & Initiatives
Reporting to, and working in close collaboration with, the Co-Chief Executive Officers, the Manager of Programs and Initiatives oversees the coordination and implementation of AASAS’s programs, initiatives, and special projects. The Manager works with staff to develop and maintain workplans, monitor progress, and ensure activities remain aligned with AASAS strategic priorities and annual operations plans.
The role supervises key program and project staff and contractors and strengthens coordination across AASAS activities. This position also plays an important role in fostering a collaborative, supportive workplace culture.

AASAS Strategic Policy and Knowledge Mobilization Lead
Reporting to the Co-Chief Executive Officers, the Strategic Policy and Knowledge Mobilization Lead will be responsible for coordinating province-wide data collection, evaluation, and impact communications efforts, transforming shared information into clear evidence of impact, and understanding, shaping, and influencing the policies that affect sexual violence and trauma-specific services. This role supports consistent reporting and outcome measurement, coordinates evaluation and knowledge-mobilization activities, and leverages sexual violence sector-wide data to inform public policy, advocacy, and strategic initiatives that advance specialized, coordinated sexual violence services across Alberta.
